Roles and Responsibility
• As a Global Product Owner – Lead Management & Forms, you will drive the outcomes of the squad to deliver on their objectives and key results. You will build and prioritise the product backlog to achieve business goals and manage stakeholder relationships to align expectation, prioritisation and overall product roadmap. You will be responsible for building lead management system (LMS) on Microsoft Dynamics CRM along with additional responsibility to manage existing in-house Forms experience platform for developing short and long digital lead/application forms.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision makers and senior management to address their business issues and needs
• Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other platform product teams.
• Guide and shape the program through MVP approach for new implementation
• Engage Group/Regional/Country teams to generate program sponsorship and continuous funding support
Subject Matter expertise
• Hands on experience in Microsoft CRM is preferred but not mandatory
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with MS Dynamics CRM, however experience with other platforms building LMS will also be considered
• Proven experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology.
• Understanding the Customer Experience and frontline productivity design and user experience principles.
• Experience in Digital Banking Initiatives, especially on Frontline platforms like CRM or any other digital initiative.
• Experience in creation of Forms for delivering end to end digital onboarding and enrolment journeys.
Execution & Project Management
• Able to work in Enterprise agile environment and guide the lead management and forms Squad to define and deliver business value from sales automation program
• Work with cross functional Group, regional and country teams to identify use cases. Execute those use cases with help of Agile Squad
• Squad will be responsible for business requirements, functional design, journeys design, configuration, testing, training and implementation of Sales automation tool
• Ensuring deliverables are of the desired quality and have appropriate endorsements/ sign-offs
• Creating and maintaining a prioritised Product Backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent and clear
• Representing the stakeholders, and has the mandate to prioritise scope(functions/features) on behalf of the business
• Clearly communicating priorities, objectives/goals, mission and acceptance criteria to the Agile Delivery Team
• Act as a SME for lead management attending project ceremonies and providing support where required to ITO teams and Business teams
• Prepare BRD and User stories and get them signed-off with country stakeholders. Walkthrough of user stories with implementation teams and agree on implementation timelines.
• Working with Microsoft, Professional services consultant and cross functional teams in SC (such as Group Digital, Segments, Country Digital, Distribution, Group ITO) to design, implement and change manage the Sales CRM
• Manage the implementation and delivery of new initiatives. Hands-on configuration
• Provide BAU administration and support to the user-base
• Validate deliveries through success metrics, after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements and drive maintenance and problem resolution, as required
• Preparing the Agile Execution Document, including the Initial Release Plan and other associated mandatory milestones and tracking and reporting delivery against the Initial Release Plan
• Ensuring that all submissions to committees (status reports, AED, Red packs, Closure Reports etc.) are of the right quality and are timely.
• Communicating progress outside the core Agile Delivery Team including reporting RAG status to PgSC

Our Ideal Candidate
• Experience with large state of the art LMS platforms & building business capability
• 8-10 years Product Delivery, Product Management or Product Owner Experience with considerable relevant experience building lead management systems in enterprise environment.
