Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Global Recruiter. The Global Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting high-caliber legal professionals to join Expert Law, fostering relationships with potential candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, posting job openings, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and overseeing candidate onboarding procedures. The role also involves maintaining a robust talent pipeline and ensuring timely, effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Knowledge of talent acquisition tools and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work remotely and independently, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Understanding of or experience in the legal industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
