About the Role:
• We seek a Head of Global Sales for our IT services business based at Clarion's Pune head office.
• As the successful candidate, you will lead, coach, and develop a world-class Inside Sales team and Sales Partner channel.
• Key responsibilities include developing a high-performing Inside Sales team, driving lead generation, sales closures, hiring top talent, and executing sales strategies.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience with at least 3 years as Sales Head or Senior Sales Role.
• Excellent Sales Management skills.
• Strong experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, and International Sales.
• Leadership skills with strong coaching, training, and development skills.
