The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key processes of the Recruitment Lifecycle at Exusia. In this role, the incumbent will interact with different business stakeholders and prospective candidates, and will also be supporting function-level initiatives for a better candidate and stakeholder experience. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in helping the organization's growth by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people to our team. Our mission is to fuel Exusia’s continued growth trajectory with the most dynamic talent on the market.What’s the Role?· Sourcing of candidates through different channels, candidate engagement, scheduling and coordination of interviews· Leverage social recruiting resources and in-house tools to identify and recruit the very best candidates· Doing regular follow-up for feedbacks from technical panels and escalating critical cases where applicable· Supporting in execution of hiring and campus events across different locations· Providing regular updates to candidates about the status and process· Managing candidate database for continuous relationship management· Supporting in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System in real time· Providing insightful recruitment management information on a need basis to different stakeholdersCriteria for the Role!· 2 - 5 years of experience in the recruitment function managing sourcing, scheduling, and candidate engagement· Good written, verbal and listening skills· Ability to work under high pressure and in a changing environment· Ability to develop candidate pipelines through a variety of sourcing techniques· Excellent search skills (Google search, LinkedIn search, etc.)· Proficient with headhunting, candidate mapping, and screening· Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)· Candidate must have high energy, a positive attitude, dedication, and friendly competitiveness towards work.
