Fundraising Manager
Skills & Experience
• We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude with 2+ years of experience in developing various fundraising strategies, coordinating projects and grants management.
• Experience in planning and managing various thought-leadership events and outreach initiatives is a plus
• Educational background in economics or trade, international relations, public policy, developmental studies is necessary
• Thorough understanding and experience in planning and leading strategic partnerships and multilateral projects
• Ability to collaborate with dispersed audience and work well under compressed timelines
• Extremely detail oriented with clear and concise communication
• Interest in conducting research coupled with outstanding planning and management capabilities
• Relevant experience in driving innovative fundraising strategies aligned with organisation vision and mission to achieve ambitious targets.
Roles Responsibilities
• Identify, foster and develop partnerships through various outreach activities
• Engage with key stakeholders and decision makers to deliver strategic and insightful collaterals for various fundraising, projects and grants related initiatives
• Be the primary coordinator between internal and external teams to manage end-to-end project reach-out initiatives from requirement gathering to actively monitoring progress
• Drive networking and collaboration with relevant industry/domain stakeholders
• Ensure delivery of presentations with insightful research, relevant information, and proof of concepts
• Seamlessly implement programs to recognise potential projects, donors, partnerships and contributions with successful collaboration
