Global Transition Lead
Essential Experience :
- A minimum of 18-22 years total experience with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant Transition Project/Program Mgmt. experience
- Experience in managing large programs 250 - 1000 FTE
- Relevant experience in BPO transitions (preferably in Finance, Customer Service or Procurement)
- Managing Multiple Geography transitions
- Highlight the critical challenges faced in delivering the role in the context of the accountabilities highlighted in section 3 above.
- Complex projects generally centre/function specific
- Highly diversified range of key stakeholders across GBS and businesses
- Run multiple projects in parallel
- Managing projects across different functions and geographies
- Identifying relevant program and system deployment dependencies

- Accountable for successful transition outcomes
- Drive adherence to a defined transition methodology in an environment where this is a first time experience for most participants
- People management for a team of transition managers managing individual complex transition tracks within the programme
- Liase with big 4 design partners
- Manage senior business stakeholders including sponsors, business heads, business owners and the business program team and various functional support teams in a matrix organisation
