Job description
As a Global Airline Voice Support professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to global customers of a leading international airline. Your role will involve utilizing your strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Amadeus/GDS to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers through voice calls, addressing their queries and concerns regarding travel bookings.
- Utilize your knowledge of Amadeus/GDS to assist customers with ticketing, reservations, and other travel-related processes.
- Work in rotational shifts to cater to the needs of global customers and ensure excellent service round the clock.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to handle customer issues effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage & Rostering, and drive overall performance.
Qualifications Required:
For Freshers (with training background):
- Basic understanding of travel processes or GDS knowledge preferred.
- Experience in international voice process or the travel industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and willingness to work in shifts.
- Good problem-solving abilities and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and effectively communicate with global customers.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Practical experience in international voice process or the travel domain.
- Minimum 2 years of Team Lead/Supervisor experience in BPO or Travel Process.
- Hands-on experience managing KPIs like CSAT, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage & Rostering.
- Ability to coach teams, handle escalations, and drive performance.
- Strong knowledge of airline/ticketing process with Amadeus working experience.
