Role GM Cluster Retail Sales Job Level/ Designation M3 Function / Department Retail Location TN- CHENNAI Job Purpose The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales operations across all retail including stores, Mini-stores, and AD-MS in a circle. Comply to all HSW guidelines and impart knowledge about HSW Key Result Areas/Accountabilities 1. Postpaid RGA : Achievement against Target, through timely implementation of the infra build up plan and Project Parivartan 2. MNP as % RGA 3. Acquisition churn /T4M retention 4. Base upgrade revenue 5. Enterprise (non-mobility) revenue 1. Reduction in Postpaid activation rejection ratio 1. No. of profitable Large Format Stores 2. No. of profitable franchisees as per normative profitability grid (basis townclass) 3. Overall COCA/RGA : actual vs budget 4. Adherence to Cluster/Circle Retail Opex budget 1. 100% HSW Compliance and Zero fatality 2. NIP Penetration: %ge frontline earning at least +0% of target payout 3. Improve Gender balance in the team by 5% over LY 4. Reduction in Associate and FTE attrition 5. % of team completing recommended learning modules 1. App download for new activations 2.
