Job Purpose
The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales operations across all retail including stores, Mini-stores, and AD-MS in a circle.
• Comply to all HSW guidelines and impart knowledge about HSW
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Postpaid RGA : Achievement against Target, through timely implementation of the infra build up plan and Project Parivartan
• MNP as % RGA
• Acquisition churn /T4M retention
• Base upgrade revenue
• Enterprise (non-mobility) revenue
• Reduction in Postpaid activation rejection ratio
• No. of profitable Large Format Stores
• No. of profitable franchisees as per normative profitability grid (basis townclass)
• Overall COCA/RGA : actual vs budget
• Adherence to Cluster/Circle Retail Opex budget
• 100% HSW Compliance and Zero fatality
• NIP Penetration: %ge frontline earning at least 90% of target payout
• Improve Gender balance in the team by 5% over LY
• Reduction in Associate and FTE attrition
• % of team completing recommended learning modules
• App download for new activations
• Activation of Digital Leads : O2D efficien
