Roles and Responsibilities :
Financial Leadership and Strategic Planning:
 Design and drive the organization's financial strategy to align with and achieve business objectives.
 Lead financial forecasting and performance monitoring to ensure strategic alignment and sustainability.  Partner with the leadership team to establish budgets, long-term financial plans, and capital investment strategies.
 Direct financial operations, including accounting, taxation, budgeting, and audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
 Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and insights to the Board and stakeholders, empowering informed decision-making.
 Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through in-depth financial analysis.  Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering high performance and ensuring robust succession planning.
 Spearhead the adoption and optimization of ERP systems, driving efficiency and innovation across financial processes. Financial Operations and Controls:
 Manage the finance function and establish internal controls for the efficient use and movement of funds.
 Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting to financial institutions and relevant agencies.
 Establish and implement successful processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash reporting, to monitor company performance and trends.
 Track timely receipt of money through improved credit collections
 Setting up systems and policies / procedures in consultation with top management to facilitate internal financial control and accomplishment of the company’s goals Cash Flow and Fund flow management
 Lead and motivate the finance function to ensure they meet agreed targets for company performance
 Ensure effective interface, integration and collaboration of resources in finance and related business areas
 Handle relationships with key vendors & suppliers and also contribute in commercial areas / negotiations
 Conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future financial performance and support strategic decision-making Project Review & Approvals:
 Evaluate the end-to-end process for project scoping, including all property details and negotiations conducted by the projects team.
 Collaborate with the Director of Finance to review and approve project proposals, considering operational expenses and budgetary constraints
 Analyze projects related to different entities, assess financial viability & alignment with strategic objectives.
 Analyze agreements and other financial terms to ensure profitability and mitigate risks.
 Finalize financial deals, including landlord agreements and legal formalities, to secure favorable terms.
Treasury Management:
 Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and mitigate financial risks.  Evaluate banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for credit facilities and financing arrangements.
 Optimize working capital management practices to improve cash conversion cycles and maximize returns on investment.
 Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and other external partners to support funding requirements. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
 Prepare and maintain statutory books of accounts and reconcile financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards & IFRS.
 Ensure compliance with statutory norms, including GST, Income Tax, and other legal requirements, through meticulous record-keeping and timely processing of payments.
 Manage internal and external audits efficiently, coordinating the audit process and ensuring adherence to audit standards.
 Provide periodic MIS reports on the financial health of the organization to the Directors and Board
 Maintain accurate financial records by overseeing entries in the Books of Accounts and verifying receipts & payments.
 Conduct bank account reconciliations regularly and oversee the processing of employee benefits such as ESI, PF, Gratuity, and Bonus payments Legal & Secretarial:
 Provide Strategic leadership for legal & secretarial function
 Review status of compliance across Fishin against various regulation (through compliance committees, self-attestation, checklists, and audits)
 Report key observations to the management and relevant committees / Board of Directors
 Oversee and review all critical/ high value/ non-standard legal documentation for all functions such as contracts, LCs, advance/ performance guarantees, landlord & vendor agreements etc.
Capital Expenditure Management:
 Assess and prioritize capital investment projects based on strategic goals and financial viability
 Develop and enforce procedures for approving, executing, and monitoring capital expenditure projects.
 Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements for capital expenditure authorization and reporting.
 Track and control capital expenditure budgets to ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and costs.
 Conduct reviews after project completion to evaluate performance and benefits realization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
