Minimum 15 years of extensive experience in
non - litigation legal roles in real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws regulations
and industry practices.
Strong negotiation, drafting and analytical skills.
Proven track record of effectively managing legal
risks and resolving complex legal issues.
Ensure compliance with RERA
Handle RERA complaints, queries and regulatory
fillings.
Structure and draft wide range of legal contracts
and transactional documents like sale agreements,
joint development agreements and conveyance etc.
Assist in obtaining necessary permits n approvals
for real estate development projects.
Provide legal support and for project finance and
marketing activities.
NOTE : Hiring for one of the biggest real estate developers in India.
Job location: Mumbai
