Key Responsibilities:
● Driving and managing loan solutions within the builder segment
● Team Management profile heading the External Homeloan sourcing vertical
● Lead a team of Cluster heads and intern Key Account Managers
● Reporting to the vertical head of the division
● Formulate and execute strategies to enable Business Development
● Onboard new partners for setting up external home loan sourcing business.
● Coordinate with channel partners, builders, connectors to get lead generation and ensure streamlined process of login to disbursement
● Strategic intervention in process improvement
● This is a strategic role that requires leadership capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the loan process.
