Job Description
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify any potential issues or areas of concern. This may involve visually inspecting equipment, testing components, and using diagnostic tools to assess performance.
• Scheduled Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment and machinery based on manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, and operational requirements. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and calibration to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspection reports, maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment histories. Documenting maintenance tasks helps track equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment malfunctions and identify the root cause of problems. Troubleshooting skills are essential for determining the appropriate course of action to repair faulty equipment and prevent future issues.
• Communication: Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, operators, and supervisors, to communicate maintenance schedules, report equipment issues, and coordinate repairs. Effective communication skills are crucial for ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in preventive maintenance procedures. Stay informed about advancements in maintenance technology and techniques to enhance equipment reliability and performance

Requirements
• Exposure To Maintaining Breakdown Log Book, , Energy Consumption, Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Calibration Schedule, 6S Activities, Kaizen
• Manpower and shift handling along with the technical Knowledge is required.
• Strong leadership and managerial Skills
• Excellent in Man management, time management and Reporting skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends
• B.E (Mechnical)+Mba having minimum 15-25 Years of Preventive maintenance experience of Working in Cement Industry would be an added advantage.
