Ensuring the transit claims and coordination between dealers and transporter for issuing damage on time Maintaining uniform workload distribution as per the scheduled dispatches and priorities Ensuring the proper documentation before all physical dispatches Handling all queries of dealers regarding spare part supplies, VOR receiving, vehicle availability and providing simplified solutions formation and implementation of transit policy with transporters for shipping of consignment across the country by mode of road, cargo and Air Analyzing of freight and ensuring the cost effectiveness for smooth operation Optimization of transit mode for shipping of consignment across the country Invoicing generation based of order type i.e. VORs, Stock orders depot transfer.
Record maintaining of all road permits, E-way bills ensuring the availability before physically loading of trucks
Transporters Bill execution on the basis of POD, GRNs and service rate analysis all transporters.
Key Skills
Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer (s).
