Job Purpose
To ensure overall zonal operations is managed effectively ensuring continuous growth in customer and revenue market share through overall distribution ,timely network investment, seamless customer delivery and managing cost spend to improve the zonal efficiencies
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Sales: Deliver overall Gross ,GAS & Customer Market Share target for the zone
• Achieve targeted net adds for all products (voice –prepaid/postpaid, data, VAS etc) across all sales channels (Distribution and MTO/SPO ) in the zone
• Achieve channel infrastructure enhancement targets (UAO, DURO, SPO outlets, etc)
Revenues: Deliver overall Revenue target for the zone across all products and channels
Budgetary Control: Achieve savings on allocated COCA / SAC (controllable components) and G&Abudgets at the zonal level
