GMP - QA Documentation
POSITION PURPOSE:
Production Verification (In process Quality Assurance), Documentation, regulatory Compliances.
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation and Review of procedures like SOPs, Specifications, Method of Analysis, BMRs, BPRs, Master formula, forms etc.
• Monitoring production activities for in process controls and critical operations.
• Internal/ External audit inspection readiness and observations compliance.
• Handling of QMS elements like Change control, Deviation, CAPA etc.
• Batch release of APIs and review of related documents.
• Handling of the customer complaints, Product recall and returned products.
• Document management activities (Issuing, archiving and retrieval of documents).
• Reviewing of Qualification and Validation activities.
WORK RELATIONS:
Internal:
• Eng. Department (Utility, maintenance, Project services, PCT), Quality Control, Warehouse, HR, IT, Production, OHC, Safety.
External:
• Raw Material & Packaging Material Vendors, Housekeeping Team, Pest control service providers, validation Service providers, laundry service providers & External Testing Lab Service providers.
WHO YOU ARE:
• B. Pharm/ M. Pharm /M.Sc.
• Pharma background preferable, Fresher/1 Year in QA Department of pharma Industry.
