Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to CRM platforms like GoHighLevel (GHL), ClickFunnels, Keap, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Assist clients in optimizing CRM usage to achieve their sales and business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring clear and timely resolutions to client inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide administrative support as required.
• Set up CRM systems for optimal client use, providing guidance on best practices for lead management, automation, and sales workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer support tools.
• Document technical issues, client interactions, and feedback to help improve products and services.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM platforms such as ClickFunnels, Keap, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Previous experience in a technical support role, ideally in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner.
• A team player with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in automation, sales funnel design, and digital marketing tools.
