What you will do :-
• Create scalable and automated solutions for problems.
• Write well tested, auto-testable, auto-deployable code.
• Own multiple projects, lead and manage teams with help from Team Leads and senior developers, and own communication with the customers.
• Take the projects ahead on the technical goals.
• Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team.
• Help in growing your team and other teams in the organization by participating in the Hiring activities.
• Ensure effective translation of customer requirements, and business needs to technical solutions.

• Good Analytical and algorithmic capability
• Excellent hands-on experience in Golang
• Willingness to learn and work in Golang (Familiarity with Golang a plus)
• Knowledge of RDBMS as well as NoSQL datastores
• Clear understanding of Git
• 3+ years of experience as Backend Developer
• Penchant for good programming practices, TDD etc.
• Experience with UI frameworks like React
• Worked on or used Cloud technologies, like AWS, Google Cloud etc.
• Valid US Business visa
