Your Role and Responsibilities
• Implement microservices to support Go implementation and successful repository maintenance.
• Utilize Kubernetes / OpenShift to ensure successful application development, deployment, and scaling.
• Implement Docker for smaller-scale applications that require simpler deployments.
• Structure our user interface with React and ensure REST API access is available for enterprise-grade finance customers on-demand.
• Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure consistent and smooth DevOps workflows.
• Manage multiple projects within reasonable design specifications and budget restrictions.
• QA design for errors.
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in Go programming and 5+ experience in overall programming.
• Knowledge of Go templating, common frameworks, and tools.
• Having worked and developed Cloud based applications with microservice architecture (IBM Cloud experience will be a plus).
• Experience with any Public Cloud(AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud/GCP).
• Knowledge in Python is recommended.
• Experience of working in Kubernetes (RedHat OpenShift experience will be a plus).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with maintaining code repositories via G+B23itHub.
• Experience programming with Cloud technologies like cloud based database as a service.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with a team in Agile methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Domain Knowledge on Storage System management.
• Experience working on multiple cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Backup products, Experience working on As-A-Service offering.
