Walk in Drive - CREM Gold Loan
We are hiring CREM-GOLD Loan profile for All Over West Bengal -
Venue : VIP Road
VIP Road-Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd P-150, Block-B, Ground Floor, Lake Town, Kolkata, PIN- 70008+ (Contact-Rahul Islam @8250146+06, Bubun Biswas @)
Date- 12th November, 2026 (Saturday)
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Responsible for monthly business volumes and month end budgets
• Achieve cross sell budgets if any
• Ensuring KYC compliance
• Follow up for timely payment of interest and the principle
• Assistance in Gold Valuation and execution of documents/registers
• Credit Appraisal of Loans
• Cater to Walk In Customers
• Conduct Marketing campaigns as required
• Data Entry in system
• Sourcing new customers, enhancing existing relationships , analyzing needs, cross sell of products & services
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Graduate\Undergraduate
• Minimum 1 year experience required in Gold loan sales
• Candidate with good sales background may also apply

Salary: Upto 2.5 L.P.A (Based on last drawn salary) + Allowance + Health\Accidental Insurance + Incentive + COVID allowance
