Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Gold Loan Relationship Officer to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Utilize MS Office and other computer applications to complete daily tasks.
• Monitor customer accounts and oversee gold loan operations.
• Participate in promotional activities to increase gold loan product awareness.
• Track and analyze customer data to improve customer service.
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures set by the bank.
