We have evolved into a full-service provider specializing in turf services, bespoke construction, restoration and management of sports fields, and golf courses.
We are currently looking for an Entry Level Golf Course Labourer to join our team at Peel Village Golf Course at 29A Hartford Trail, Brampton.
If you have a keen interest in sports and golf, and enjoy the outdoors, this position might be for you!
Work Responsibilities:
Cutting grass, trimming hedges and other landscape work
Collecting garbage from the course
Raking bunkers
Preparing the course for play
Assisting with the maintenance of course equipment if necessary
Follow all health and safety regulations and operate accordingly
Any other suitable duties as determined by your manager
Job Requirements:
Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting/carrying up to 25kg and work in varying weather conditions
Use hand and power tools as necessary
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Possess a class G license with a clean abstract and transportation to our golf course
Criminal record check required
Previous golf course maintenance, landscape or farm experience is an asset but not required
Employment will be full time seasonal from July to October. Average work hours are approximately 40-50 hours/week.
