Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include fostering strong communication between the company and its clients, overseeing project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for client expansion, and collaborating with internal teams for troubleshooting and service improvements.
