• Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Google My Business Specialist to manage and optimize our Google My Business listings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local SEO, online reputation management, and digital marketing strategies to enhance our visibility in local search results.
Key Responsibilities :-
- GMB Account Management:
- Create, claim, and verify Google My Business listings for multiple locations.
- Ensure all business information (name, address, phone number, hours of operation) is accurate and up-to-date.
- Regularly update listings with new content, including photos, posts, and offers.
- Local SEO Optimization:
- Implement local SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility in local search results.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant local search terms and optimize GMB listings accordingly.
- Customer Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions on GMB.
- Engage with customers through posts and updates to promote services, events, and special offers.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze GMB insights and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of listings.
- Prepare regular reports on GMB performance and local search visibility, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance the overall online presence.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in local SEO and Google My Business features.

Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in local SEO, digital marketing, or managing Google My Business listings.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online review management and reputation management strategies.
