High-Ranking Google Performance Marketer – SMB SaaS Focus
Type: Full-time | 7pm - 4am IST | Remote Work
About the Role
This is a highly challenging and rewarding role for someone who has already successfully scaled SaaS lead generation for small businesses in the US through Google Ads with a high return on ad spend (ROAS) of 5X or more.
Simplia is a rapidly growing artificial intelligence marketing company that helps small business owners run fully autonomous digital campaigns. We have the backing of industry giants and are on track to reach $25 million in annual recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and scale high-performing Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns targeting decision-makers at small businesses such as roofers, dentists, contractors, and lawyers.
• Daily optimization of campaigns based on cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, quality score, and downstream return on investment (ROI).
• Creation of high-converting landing page and keyword funnels in collaboration with our creative team.
• Utilization of negative keywords, A/B testing, bid automation, geo-targeting, and custom audience layering.
Requirements
• Proven success in generating qualified SaaS leads from US small businesses through Google Ads.
• Prior experience managing $50,000-$500,000+ per month in ad spend with strong ROAS.
• In-depth understanding of small business buyer behavior and funnel psychology.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on execution rather than just theory.
• Strong command over Google Ads Manager, Tag Manager, Analytics, and Looker Studio.
