Role Overview:
As a Google Workspace Automation Developer, you will play a crucial role in automating various Google Workspace functionalities such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google APIs, and other marketplace plugins. Your primary focus will be on developing automation solutions of given real world problems, including CRM, procurement, production, sales, and various other processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving efficiency, reducing manual tasks, and enabling our clients to leverage Google Workspace to its fullest potential.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify Automation Opportunities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify areas within their workflows and processes that can be automated using Google Workspace features.
2. Design Automation Solutions: Analyze requirements and design customized automation solutions using Google Workspace tools, APIs, and marketplace plugins to meet specific business needs.
3. Develop Automated Workflows: Implement automation solutions, including developing scripts, macros, and custom applications to automate repetitive tasks and enhance overall efficiency.
4. Integration with Google Workspace APIs: Utilize Google Workspace APIs to integrate various applications and services for seamless data flow and improved process automation.
5. Stay Updated with Emerging Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Google Workspace automation and related technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
1. Proven Experience: At least 1 years of hands-on experience in automating Processes, Workflows, and customized Automation Tools by utilizing Google Workspace features such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google APIs, and marketplace plugins.
2. Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Google Workspace automation, Google Workspace APIs, Google Apps Script, and Google Cloud Platform.
· Experience of developing automation solutions for real-world problems using Google workspace tools HTML, CSS, and AppScript.
· Strong technical knowledge of Google and Microsoft environments are preferred.
· In depth knowledge Google products and services such as Gmail, forms, drive, docs, sheets, and slides.
· In depth knowledge Microsoft power automate will be a plus.
3. Business Process Understanding: knowledge of business workflows, including CRM, procurement, production, and sales processes.
4. Scripting and Programming Skills: Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, AppScript or similar languages for automation purposes.
5. Working experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
6. Certification in Google Workspace, Google AppScript or Google Cloud will be a plus, but it is not mandatory.
7. Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and design appropriate solutions.
