Location - Goregaon
US and Aus Process
Customer Service Process - Handling customer queries and resolving them
Shift timings - US - 5pm -8am window ( any + hrs shift )
Aus - 3am - 3pm window ( any + hrs shift )
Requirement - HSC + 18 months on paper experience into International BPO
Graduate + 1 Year on paper experience into International BPO
Excellent Communication Skills
All experience related documents mandatory
EPFO Service History , BGC required
5 days working with 2 rotational off
Transport provided by the company
PF , Gratuity , Mediclaim facilities provided by the company
