Position Title : Governance & Control
Department : IBG COO
Reports To : Head, UORM and Governance & Control
Job Purpose
DBS bank India Limited ( DBIL ) is leading MNC Bank in India and continue to provide multi product offering to its clients.
With our expanding network and coverage, we are also building / sharpening our Governance & Control team. The role would be to build Governance over SME Business
Key Accountabilities
To implement Governance around below activities
Asset Customers
1. Data verification (verification of data pulled by partners). Following are key deliverables
Details pulled by Jocata on entering GSTN match the enterprise details
DOI is same in ABL and AOS
Turnover added is audited turnover. Name, PAN and Business and Communication Address populated in line with actuals
Bank statement, bank name, account number. Name as in financial statements vs Enterprise Name match
Shareholder name, PAN and other details in line with proofs
Consent letter of each shareholder / collateral provider and on behalf of entity
2. Pre screening check.
3. To check if following are correctly captured / assessed
ITR, Bank statement
Net business credit, Industry margin, assessment sheet input, Limit assessment
Liability Customers
1. Quality of onboarding covering below parameters
Source of onboarding (partners, self sourced etc) and trending MOM, any abnormal movement for ex increase in self source or from any one partner
Constitution concentration
Activation of account (balance in Month of onboarding, or T+1 etc) and highlight account / sources where there is delay
To verify if third party CPV is done for all Self source / Sole prop
Ensure that RSH buy in is there for all walkin / Bizcare leads
Whether variants are keeping minimum balances required and follow up for corrective action t
Ensure that certain industry type accounts are opened only post BU Head approval (OTT, Tours & travels)

Required Experience
10+ years of relevant experience
Education / Preferred Qualifications
MBA or CA with relevant number of years of relevant experience
