Job Title: Strategic Account Manager - Government (Hunting & Farming Role)

Location: Ahmedabad / Delhi / Mumbai

Shift and Schedule: Day Shift, 5 days a week

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in relevant fields

Selling Experience: IT Infra Solutions, Core Data Center, Networking, Data & AI, High-Performance Computing

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales targets set for the Central Government and Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) Vertical.
Identify qualified business opportunities in line with company goals.
Understand customers' diverse business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence in assigned regions/verticals.
Promote a portfolio of products by creating sales literature and attending industry events.
Responsible for forecasting and reporting business opportunities as well as building and maintaining a robust business pipeline through targeted activities like workshops, seminars, and events.
Contribute to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature.
Maintain a quota-carrying role with consistent delivery against forecast and goals.
Engage with customers for selling purposes and conduct sales presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new business opportunities.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to promote additional products and upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in government sales.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure/system integration solutions is essential.
Closed sales, customer satisfaction, teamwork, business forecasting, pipeline development, and ability to communicate effectively are key requirements.
Able to present and influence credibly and effectively.
Sound business acumen and industry expertise.
