Government Administration Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: You will be required to enter data into departmental databases and computer systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Shared Inbox Management: You will manage the company's shared inbox, responding to emails and distributing information as necessary.
Document Control: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and controlling documents throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous Experience: Previous experience within the QLD Government or Engineering/Infrastructure industry is highly regarded.
Data Quality: You must have consistent adherence to maintaining data quality and integrity.
Time Management: You must be self-directed and able to manage your time effectively.
MS Office: Strong MS Word and Excel skills are essential.
Licensing: A current Class C driver's license is required.
Criminal History Check: You must be able to pass an Australian National Police Check.
