This position is under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor or designee. This position performs both janitorial and custodial services (e.g., textile distribution and inventory activity, sanitizing and disinfecting, waste removal, cleaning of blinds,replacing curtains, washing windows and walls, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, discharge cleaning,sweeping,scrubbing and extracting,polishing floors and applying floor finishes).

Develop and implement a comprehensive government relations strategy to effectively advocate for PepsiCo's interests at the federal, state, and local levels.
Monitor legislative and regulatory activities and identify potential opportunities and risks for the company.
Build and maintain relationships with key government officials, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to advance PepsiCo's priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop policy positions, and craft messaging for advocacy efforts.
Represent PepsiCo at government meetings, hearings, and industry events to promote our company's interests and build our reputation.
Provide strategic counsel and guidance to senior leadership on government affairs issues and potential impacts on the business.
Lead the company's political contribution and lobbying efforts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and manage the government affairs budget and resources to ensure effective and efficient use of funds.
Stay informed on industry and competitive landscape and assess potential implications for PepsiCo's government relations strategy.
Educate and train internal stakeholders on government affairs issues and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Monitor and report on legislative and regulatory developments, and provide timely updates and analysis to relevant stakeholders.
Foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct in all government affairs activities.
Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in government affairs and apply them to enhance PepsiCo's advocacy efforts.
Collaborate with external partners and trade associations to amplify our government relations efforts and build coalitions.
Uphold the company's values and promote a positive image of PepsiCo in the government and public arena.
