Key Responsibilities
• Tender Identification: Research and identify potential government tenders that match the organization's capabilities and interests.
• Tender Evaluation: Analyze tender documents, including requirements, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including technical proposals, financial bids, and supporting documentation.
• Catalogue Updation: Update products on weekly basis in GeM portal as per requirements and our Portfolio.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with tender requirements and government regulations.
• Negotiations: Participate in negotiations with government agencies to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Contract Management: Manage awarded contracts, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with government officials and procurement agencies.
• Market Analysis: Analyze government procurement trends and market opportunities. Meet potential government clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network Required
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., tendering platforms, word, spreadsheets).
