The Role
Due to growth, we are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Government, Civil Litigation & Disputes team in Adelaide supporting Tina Tomaszewski. You will work across a range of matters relating to all aspects of civil litigation including medical malpractice, child protection, coronial inquest and injury work, and general civil government disputes and litigation.
Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have between 3-7 years’ PAE ideally in litigation and/or insurance work. A solid background in government or public sector disputes will be highly regarded. You must have a “can do” attitude, be organised and efficient, have strong analytical and excellent oral and written communication skills. You need to have good IT knowledge and an understanding of the Court Rules and Procedures.
