About the Role
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Gov Con billing, with a focus on contract close-out, cost reimbursement, and interpreting relevant terms and requirements of contracts and grants.
Responsibilities will include managing a portfolio within a matrix finance organization, coordinating billing and receivable matters with internal and external customers, and supervising the work priorities of a Contract Receivable Analyst I.
You will also oversee services for activating awards, projects, and activities in accordance with contracts or grants, review and prepare timely and accurate invoices, reconcile and analyze revenue and unbilled amounts, and calculate complex billing charges in accordance with contracted terms.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Gov Con billing
Contract close-out experience
Cost reimbursement knowledge
Ability to interpret relevant terms and requirements of contracts and grants
A strong understanding of government contracting billing and collections, federal payments, and financial reporting is essential for this role.
You will be working closely with internal and external customers, including contract managers, finance business partners, and other NAS staff.
