Location: Hybrid – Glasgow/Edinburgh Contract (Inside IR35)
Day Rate up to 800PD Inside IR35
12 Months Contract - Potentially Extendable
As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will lead all stages of the change lifecycle, gathering and documenting detailed requirements, business rules, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit & Document Requirements: Lead the requirement gathering process and document business rules and processes.
Collaborate & Analyze: Work closely with stakeholders to define and model business processes, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
IBM Curam SPM Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of IBM Curam SPM or PIPCS software to drive successful project outcomes.
Work on High-Impact UK Benefits Projects: Bring your expertise from working on UK benefits like Personal Independence Payment (PIP) to improve services for citizens.
Agile Methodology: Write user stories and use cases, applying Agile principles in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in government IT projects across all stages of the change lifecycle.
5+ years working with IBM Curam SPM software or similar systems (PIPCS).
Proven track record with UK Benefit programs (e.g., Personal Independence Payment).
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create clear and concise requirements and user stories.
A deep understanding of business process documentation and business modelling techniques.
Must be proficient in English (strong command of the language required).
Essential Qualifications:
IBM Curam SPM experience is a must.
BPSS Clearance -(willing to undergo)
