Job Description
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Business Development in the federal market, with a proven track record of success in pursuing and winning new business.
Deep understanding of emergent mission priorities within Federal Agencies, such as the Veterans Affairs, Department of Labor, Department of Defense, and other select Federal customers.
Established relationships with customers and industry partners across Federal Markets.
Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (G Suite).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record in a Service Delivery/Operations capacity in the federal market with a demonstrable track record of engagement with Federal customers.
Broad exposure to the full breadth Federal portfolio based on prior Growth and/or Operations experience.
Strong background in winning new business with customers in a Consultancy mindset, having detailed knowledge in the areas of Service Design and Strategy, Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), Human Centered Design (HCD), Business Process Improvement, Strategic Communications, Program Management and Operations, and Data Science.
