Government Relations Coordinator
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Director, Governmental Relations, and department staff. This includes maintaining calendars, scheduling events, handling travel arrangements, and performing general clerical tasks.
You will also serve as the first point of contact for ACSA member inquiries related to advocacy, track departmental speaking and presentation requests, and maintain the Governmental Relations calendar.
In addition, you will welcome and direct visitors, calls, emails, and mail relevant to the department, using your knowledge to provide guidance and assistance.
