• Experience: 4-8 Years
We are right now hiring for sales personnel, Person should be having experience in selling IT Hardware(Like laptop, mouse, CPU, RAM, etc) & Networking items(like IP phones, switches, router) to Government Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify Opportunities: Research, identify, and evaluate government procurement opportunities at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit compelling and competitive bids and proposals in response to government solicitations, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with government procurement officials, agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance our position in the market.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of government procurement trends, policies, and regulations, providing insights to the sales and leadership teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and deliver successful bids.
• Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our company.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, opportunities, and bid-related activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in government bid sales, with a demonstrable track record of successfully securing government contracts.
• Target achieve & goal oriented
• In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
