Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager Government Sales located in Lucknow. The Regional Manager Government Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales processes in the government sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business plans, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Sales Processes and Sales skills
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
• Competence in Business Planning skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record in sales management and achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the diagnostics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
