Government Sector Business Development Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Capture Manager to lead and manage the capture process for US public sector opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough analysis of government RFPs and RFIs to identify opportunities on government procurement portals and state-specific websites.
• Analyze the scope of work, key deliverables, technical requirements, compliance, and certifications required by the RFP.
• Break down complex RFPs and align them with internal resources, technical capabilities, and expertise.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, government affairs, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications in government procurement, public policy, or project management is a plus.
• 0-10 years of experience in capture management, proposal development, or business development for public sector clients, with a strong focus on US federal and state government contracts.
