About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Legal Assistant to join our Commercial, Property & Technology Branch as part of the legal support team. The role is varied and provides support across all teams simultaneously, which on any day can range from collating court documents to working with dedicated conveyancers to support major government transactions.
The role requires strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. As a team player, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and a willingness to learn from others. Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous administrative experience, preferably within a legal environment.
Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience in working in large documents and dealing with formatting/corruption issues.
Demonstrable capability in providing high-quality assistance to a team of solicitors, in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of legal terminology and an ability to conduct title, company, and property searches, experience with InfoTrack and Landata desirable.
