Develop and execute plans and strategies to target new business opportunities in Government Accounts, focusing on Information Security, Cloud, and Data Centre Services. • Identify, pursue, and manage new accounts, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. • Engage in large account management within select BFSI/PSU/Government organizations. • Manage Tenders for IT Solutions and possess in-depth knowledge of end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ processes. • Be a skilled communicator, process-driven, mature, and solution-oriented professional. • Collaborate to devise end-to-end solutions that align with customer business requirements. • Coordinate with the Pre-Sales team to provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and secure orders. • Identify target customers or industry verticals where our products and services can be positioned. • Possessing knowledge of Cloud, data center, and IT security; negotiations skills are a must. • Exhibit excellent communication skills with a focus on timely collection. • Plan & Strategize for the new business opportunity in Government Accounts focusing on Information Security, Cloud and Data Centre and Services. • End-to-end project ownership mindset. • Ability to regularly meet or exceed all activity standards like CRM Hygiene, funnel management, prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closures.

Strong commercial acumen, understanding of ROI, cost sheet, net margin
calculations
• Relationships in Central Gov't, PSU & State Gov't accounts

Strong OEM relationships (Cloud and Data Center, Security, Network, Hyper-
scalers)
• Must have Negotiations skills & Communication Skills.

5 to 10 years of successful experience in selling IT solutions to
BFSI/PSU/Government clients in Delhi-NCR.
Prior experience working with SI and OEMs is highly desirable.
