Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with GPS devices and software, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 2. Install, configure, and test GPS devices and related software for customers, ensuring proper integration and functionality. 3. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and updates on GPS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. 4. Conduct training sessions for customers on the effective use of GPS devices and software, and create/update user manuals and guides. 5. Monitor GPS data for accuracy, analyze trends, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. 6. Test new GPS products and software updates to ensure quality standards are met before release. 7. Collaborate with technical support teams, engineers, and developers to resolve complex issues and communicate effectively with customers. 8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and implement data security protocols to protect customer information. +. Stay updated with the latest developments in GPS technology, participate in ongoing training, and suggest improvements based on feedback and advancements. • Qualifications and Skills: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - 1-3 years of relevant technical support experience - CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent - GPS/GNSS-specific certifications preferred - Proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, installation, and configuration of GPS devices and software - Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills - Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Working Hours: +:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility and availability for on-call responsibilities. • Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000 INR per month.
