Hello! We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to handle Domo, with a strong background in data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to help improve performance, drive growth, and identify actionable insights through data. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to provide insights Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Domo Ensure data quality and integrity, conducting regular data validation and accuracy checks Present complex data in a clear, concise, and visual format for diverse audiences Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications Develop clear and detailed requirement documents, including data mapping, workflow diagrams, and process flowcharts Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities in current business processes and recommend enhancements Establish data reporting standards and best practices within the organization Design, implement, and manage data models and structures that align with business objectives Automate data extraction and report generation to streamline workflows Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management Work with IT and data engineering teams to integrate new data sources and optimize data pipelines Conduct regular training and workshops for end-users on interpreting and using business intelligence tools Plan, monitor, and execute data analysis projects from inception to completion Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and accurate project execution Document project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and manage project-related risks Skills & Qualifications 5+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with proven experience in Domo (experience in Power BI / Tableau could be considered too) Strong proficiency in Domo preferably for data visualization and reporting (experience in Power BI / Tableau could be considered too) Advanced knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data and business processes critically Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience managing projects, meeting deadlines, and coordinating across teams. Preferred Qualifications Certifications Domo.
