Role Description
The Business Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the execution of activities from the wide range of Business Management tasks, either directly responsible for task execution or indirectly responsible via the efforts of other team members. The Business Manager Specialist’s responsibilities may include all or some of the following, financial planning and business forecasting, reporting output quality and performance metrics, ensuring satisfactory infrastructure and control function service level delivery and supplier sourcing and pricing negotiations. In addition, the Business Management Specialist may be responsible for analyzing the impact of changes and evaluating the corresponding changes to cost and the impact to the forecast. The Business Management Specialist is responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving policies, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services. The Business Management Specialist may oversee the work of Lead Business Management Analysts and/ or Business Management Analysts.

Your key responsibilities
Work with the HR-TA to implement processes of Grad recruitment across agreed campuses
Work with Technology leadership to build the graduate curriculum
Be responsible and coordinate with various stakeholders, vendors, internal and external trainers, AV equipment, event managers, internal team members for validate and approve training material, course outline, training content, and course assessment prior to training roll-out
Maintain graduate project rotations
Provide on ground support, liaise and coordinate internal and external vendors to deliver
Design and Implement events/activities for people engagement.
Raise purchase orders
Ad-Hoc activities for trainings, capability building events etc.
Your skills and experience
Minimum 12 years of experience in program management, customer service, vendor management, stakeholder management
Leadership skills to lead through uncertainty
Build global networks, ability to work as individual contributor
Be self-motivated
Be comfortable with Technology
Good communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualification
Graduate, with a level of understanding of Technology Trends
