POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Garden Valley School Division invites applications for the full-time (1.0 FTE) term position of Grade 7/8 Homeroom Teacher at Prairie Dale School from September 2, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
Garden Valley School Division is a dynamic and thriving educational community located in the heartland of Manitoba's beautiful Pembina Valley Region. With a student population of about 4,300, the division encompasses 14 schools in the communities of Winkler, Plum Coulee, Schanzenfeld, Hochfeld, Blumenfeld, Reinland, and Blumengart.

REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Hold or be eligible to hold a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate
Prior experience teaching in a Grade 7/8 classroom is considered an asset
Ability to teach basic French or German and an interest in extra curricular activities (i.e. coaching) would be an asset.
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check & Child Abuse Registry Check
