About this role
Our growing Private Business Tax & Advisory team is looking for an experienced Graduate Associate with 12 to 18 months experience to join the Melbourne office.
Our Private Business Tax & Advisory Team delivers a client-focused experience that is agile, genuine, and personalised. You'll work with a collaborative team committed to excellent results and a supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
You will be part of a progressive culture and an active, practical work environment, engaging in a wide variety of responsibilities, including:
Preparation of accounts, tax returns, BAS, FBT and payroll tax returns for a broad range of clients, from SMEs to large companies
Build and maintain strong relationships as part of an effective client service delivery team
Work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to wider firm initiatives across the business
Skills & experience
Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is preferred
12 + months professional experience within a chartered accounting environment
Currently enrolled in CA/ CPA program
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities within a deadline-driven environment and be adaptable to work across multiple managers
Experience in the use of Xero accounting software will be highly regarded
