As a graduate you’ll have access to non-stop learning and training and over time will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients. Your career journey will start with 3 weeks of training and learning, making sure you’re set up for success.
Joining our Pay Systems team means access to clear career pathways and opportunities to continue to grow. In this client facing role you will become an expert in our Pay Systems Products, providing advice and solutions to our highly valued clients.
Over the past two decades, Datacom has made significant investments in the development and expansion of SaaS products, catering to customer and community engagement, employee management, and operational oversight through our Datascape ERP solution; a modern, cloud-based ERP software suite designed specifically for the unique needs of local government in Australia and New Zealand as well as notable brands that include Datapay and Smartly in the Enterprise and SME payroll and HR spaces respectively. Datacom is more than a Managed Services provider. We're a leading SaaS Product House, innovating alongside International players.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include
Under the guidance of more experienced consultants, processing payroll requests and providing great client support
Troubleshooting client issues and queries in an effective and timely manner
Attending relevant product and skill courses
Maintaining great client relationships
Looking for growth areas and opportunity relating to sales
What we’re looking for
This opportunity will suit someone looking to build a client facing career in Financial Services. You might have studied finance, business, or commerce, you could be fresh out of university or had some experience maybe in the banking or finance industry.

Experience in customer service (this can include retail and hospitality)

Preferred but not essential a relevant degree and experience with - customer service.
