Hands-on building surveys, inspections, and defect diagnostics.
Writing clear, professional reports that make a difference.
Supporting senior surveyors with contract administration and on-site monitoring.
Assist in specification and design of remedial and refurbishment projects on some of Auckland’s most iconic buildings.
Working alongside authorities to understand how statutory approvals happen in practice.
Getting involved in asset and building maintenance management.
Contributing to proposals and tenders that bring new opportunities to the team.
Collaborating with engineers, architects, and remediation specialists on real-world projects.
What We’re Looking For

A diploma in Building Surveying
Enthusiasm to grow your skills and work towards RICS or NZIBS membership (we’ll back you all the way).
Curiosity to learn about New Zealand Building Codes, Standards & practices.
Great communication skills – verbal and written.
A positive, proactive attitude – someone who’s keen to take initiative and learn fast.
