Requirements:
A recent engineering graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical
Be able to focus on several simultaneous projects with energy, enthusiasm and dedication
Be a "hands-on", practical person with a strong interest in field-based work
Have excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
Hold a current Australian Drivers License
Have full work rights in Australia
Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Contribute to the design and engineering of building control systems under the guidance of senior staff.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and technician staff to ensure project requirements are met.
Facilitate clear and effective communication among all project participants, ensuring alignment on objectives and progress.
Provide on-site assistance and support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of projects.
Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues during project execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to the preparation of reports as required.

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
Full working rights in Australia
Current driver's license
Understanding of PLC fundamentals and automation concepts
Familiarity with building automation or BMS systems (academic or practical)
Ability to read electrical schematics
Strong communication and documentation skills
Good time management and task prioritisation skills
